"Games Are Art –
when a portfolio becomes worlds you can walk into"
For publisher Raw Fury's appearance at gamescom, we translated the brand promise "Games Are Art" directly into architecture – realised across two separate stands. One is a loud, immersive B2C world for the community, where every title gets its own handcrafted setting. The other is a quiet, gallery-like B2B stand for business and press, where games are staged as artworks. From the Art Deco mansion of "Blue Prince" to a medieval tavern to individually themed game cabins, each zone tells its own story. Thanks to precise construction, custom furniture-building and consistent large-format graphics, a diverse portfolio becomes one coherent brand experience.
For Raw Fury at gamescom 2024 in Cologne, we realised two distinct exhibition spaces under one brand: a loud, immersive B2C world where each game title receives its own handcrafted setting – from the Art Déco mansion of „Blue Prince“ to a medieval tavern – and a quiet, gallery-like B2B area for press and business contacts. Each zone tells its own story through themed furniture, custom-built cabinets, artwork displays and tailored lighting. All construction, carpentry and graphic production was handled in-house by ZENIT-Messebau.
Inside, a themed space was built out as an "interrogation room," creating an authentic in-game atmosphere with props like old tube TVs, construction sheeting, and chains.
The technology integrates just as seamlessly: product staging takes a futuristic approach through hologram display cases that present the Müllermilch bottles like valuable items. Dark flooring absorbs stray light, intensifying the effect of the neon accents in the space.
The project demonstrates that ZENIT-Messebau can also reliably deliver immersive brand spaces with strong scenic impact and staging.
